The album’s focus on repurposing discarded sounds mirrors the raw and transformative nature of its themes, with two standout tracks, “Woven with Gold” and “Love and Garbage,” offering distinct yet interconnected musical narratives.
“Woven with Gold,” subtitled Twelve Days of Chemo, opens with rhythmic drum patterns and atmospheric synths, gradually introducing a chromatic jazz piano that shifts through dynamic melodic and harmonic progressions. Its unpredictable structure recalls the experimental energy of Frank Zappa, balancing intensity with introspection.
